Barn sale... Sat May 25th 10 to 5
This great sale will be held in my barn. I have invited three very special vendors to collaborate with me on a more intimate sale and setting. We will have large and small vintage and industrial treasures, the most gorgeous vintage inspired one of a kind jewelry treasures and other glorious hand made items to wear and decorate your home... so be sure you have your trailer or SUV handy!
I'm also excited to have signature drinks, cupcakes and french macaroons to nibble on
Along with my wedding styling partner, Katie Starr, we are also going to give you a sneak peak at our wedding decor. We will have two luscious yet very different areas set up so you can also see what we do!

Viva's Vintage Market... Sat. July 20th 10 to 5
Our fabulous market that we have every year, just in a new location! The Baileys Harbor Town Hall lawn! With the gorgeous stone building as a back drop, sweet green grass and water view, this will surely be a delightful setting! I have vendors lined up and we are excited to share our treasures with you! I know for a fact that our vendors are more excited than ever and have been garnering treats and treasures for you since last year! After you've shopped our market, you can stroll the quaint streets and explore this charming waterside village. There are some new surprises coming as well...
And of course Bayside Bakery will be selling her delicious things to have breakfast, lunch or a sweet snack.

Festival of Trees... Friday Nov 29th 10 to 5
This is different! Debbie Frank, former owner of the Magic Jacket and I are plotting and planning!
There will be wonderfully and creatively decorated trees donated by locals businesses and artists for you to bid on, with those proceeds going to a local charity... yet to be decided.
Not only that, we are transposing the barn into our winter wonderland where we will pull out all the stops to get your holiday decorating off to a great start!
There will be very special activities as well... stay tuned!
