Art and Soul Weekend... Registration

Here are the details and exactly how to register.

Friday Feb. 17th, between 5pm and 8pm, arrive at Viva la Cottage to check in and get your welcome packet.
You will also be treated to a private preview of the Vintage Nest Show.

Saturday 8am
Zumba!

10:30 to 12:30
Art with Pipka, a collage of your own expression, all supplies included.
(I can't wait to be taught by Pipka!)

12:30 to 2:30
Gourmet boxed lunch and Fashion Show by Wilkins and Olander.
Private showing of Pipka's newest jewelry creations.

3:00 to 6:00
Spa Treatments
Shopping
"Find Fannie" (you'll see...)

7:30
Dress to the Nine's Dinner at the English Inn.
Your own interpretation of Dressed to the Nines
(be creative)

We have been meeting and hashing out the schedule, and finally yesterday we got down to the details, and I'm telling you it's precious and lovely... you're in for a treat, and yes I'm going to be secretive about it.

You will be directed to Pipka's website. Just scroll down and click on the Art and Soul link.

After you register, you will receive a phone call from us.
This call will give you a chance to choose your spa treatment and your dinner choice.
Any questions you have can be answered then as well!

The cost is 300.00. If you are not from the area, the Birchwood Lodge is giving you a special rate if you mention you are with the Art and Soul weekend.
